We follow the same process with every client to ensure one thing – quality of service!  

Initial Consultation

To understand the full scope of the project, we offer a one and half to two hour complimentary initial consultation at the project location, which is most often, your home.  We look forward to getting to know you as much as you want to get to know us!

Home Tour

During the consultation, we will take a brief tour of your home. This helps us understand the space, lighting and other elements that should be considered in the design plan. Your style and functionality for each space, along with identifying existing furnishings or other design elements that should be included in the plan, are mutually determined. Based upon the discussion, a budget range will be developed, and agreed upon.  If you decide to move forward with a project, a Retainer will be secured.  An inventory and photographs are taken, along with measurements, so we can create an outstanding design just for you.

Design Plan & Presentation

In our studio, sketches, renderings and floor plans are created.  Custom window treatments and upholstered furnishings are designed for you with fabric selections based upon your functional needs and aesthetic style.  All other room elements such as lighting, accessories, and floor coverings are selected and incorporated into your plan.  Product availability is confirmed with suppliers, a design presentation is created, and our Presentation appointment is confirmed.

During the Presentation, where all decision makers are present, we reveal our recommendations for creating the space of your dreams. Together, we’ll discuss any adjustments necessary to the design plan.  Once a final plan is agreed upon, a Sales Agreement is signed, and a deposit is secured.

From Project Management to Reveal Day!

Back in the studio, we place orders and begin tracking the status of shipments, letting you know where we are at in the process, all along the way.  Once every item is ready for delivery, we will contact you with a proposed installation date, and provide you with a final balance for payment.  The final balance due will be the amount on your signed Sales Agreement, less the Retainer.  Once the final payment is received, the installation date will be confirmed.

On installation day, your custom design is delivered and installed, and supervised by us. We handle every last detail. Sit back and relax as your space is transformed into your dream home!
